Wolfgang and Napoleon

I was going around watching VibraniumProductions' video series called 'Sean Reviews' which should continue until this guy comes around...Wolfgang on the right reminds me of Napoleon's wolf mask masquerade from the Hideo Kojima classic on almost any classic console in the 90's called 'Snatcher'. 

Since Wolfgang is in the present and is a god of criminal acts while Napoleon is in the future and is an informant,I wonder if Wolfgang is the long-lost grandson of Napoleon? Hmmmm.
