Masami Obari's Transformers

Well Masami Obari is one of my favourite animators when it comes to anime and it's no surprise that he animated quite a few episodes in Transformers including the infamous 'Call of the Primitives' and Heavy Metal War. He also did Dorvack,Bismarck,Saint Seiya ep 5 and 9(Yes,it's true people. Maybe he was bored so he thought why not.),Tekkaman Blade's opening,Dancougar,BubbleGum Crisis,Gaogaigar Final Ep. 6,Gravion,Detonator Orgun,Fighbird,Fatal Fury movies,the final 3 episodes of Tobikage,Gall Force 2: Destruction,Hagane no Oni,J-Decker Yusha and the awesomely amazing looking Dangaiooooooooh!!!

His style is the evolution of Yoshinori Kanada's animation and it still kicks ass,without him,there will be no Obari and without Obari,we wouldn't have something like this.

He drew this epic poster during his time in Toei animations and this is one hell of a poster for Transformers. Almost makes Transformers look dark and epic like Ideon,Gundam or Salvador Dali but nah..it was american so it wasn't turn into anime...what a pity.
